
Here’s a technique that can help you overcome limitations and achieve your goals. It’s called “Can’t to Can”.
First, ask yourself if there’s something you want to do but feel like you can’t.
Then, instead of asking “Why can’t I?”, try asking “Why don’t I want to?”
This will help you identify the real reason why you’re feeling stuck.
Write down all the reasons that come to mind without arguing or thinking too much.
Repeat this process a few times, making sure not to interject your conscious thoughts into the subconscious. This will help you avoid creating justifications.
Once you’ve completed the process, you’ll find that you’ve gone from “I can’t” to “I can”. You’ll be able to see the secondary and tertiary consequences (gain and loss) of your actions more clearly.
This will make it easier for you to achieve your goals.
